Cancellation and Refund Policy

majorairlines is a travel service provider for airlines and other travel packages through third-party channels and strives to serve customers with honesty, transparency and dedication. Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

  • We offer non-refundable flight tickets. However, a refundable booking can be claimed if cancelled by the customer.
  • Refunds are generally decided by third-party suppliers. We have no control over such claims or policies.
  • To cancel flight bookings, you are required to submit a cancellation request within the timeframe set by the third-party provider.
  • Cancelling your flight might include charges, and rescheduling or rebooking may include a fare difference or booking fees.
  • Being a travel booking portal, we only charge a service fee from our customers.
  • To initiate a flight refund, you need to submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours before departure to our customer service department.
  • If you miss your flight, cancellation and refund will take place as per the airline rules and regulations.
  • Refund processing takes time as it involves third-party providers.
  • After submitting a cancellation request, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding your refund.
  • A cancellation confirmation does not always guarantee a refund. It is processed according to the airline policy.
  • Refunds will be credited into your bank account, but the service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted.
  • Kindly note that the refund processing may take 30-60 days from the date of the cancellation request.
