majorairlines is a travel service provider for airlines and other travel packages through third-party channels and strives to serve customers with honesty, transparency and dedication. Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- We offer non-refundable flight tickets. However, a refundable booking can be claimed if cancelled by the customer.
- Refunds are generally decided by third-party suppliers. We have no control over such claims or policies.
- To cancel flight bookings, you are required to submit a cancellation request within the timeframe set by the third-party provider.
- Cancelling your flight might include charges, and rescheduling or rebooking may include a fare difference or booking fees.
- Being a travel booking portal, we only charge a service fee from our customers.
- To initiate a flight refund, you need to submit a cancellation request at least 24 hours before departure to our customer service department.
- If you miss your flight, cancellation and refund will take place as per the airline rules and regulations.
- Refund processing takes time as it involves third-party providers.
- After submitting a cancellation request, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding your refund.
- A cancellation confirmation does not always guarantee a refund. It is processed according to the airline policy.
- Refunds will be credited into your bank account, but the service fee is non-refundable and will be deducted.
- Kindly note that the refund processing may take 30-60 days from the date of the cancellation request.
